VCI Film

Overview

VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) film is a vapor-phase anti-corrosion film extruded from PE resin blended with VCI resin. It protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals through packaging, transport, and storage. Inhibitor particles vaporize and form a protective layer on the metal surface. This ionizing action blocks electron transfer from anode to cathode.
